Complete a sketch of the property, including all the details you would like included on the plan. Please click here to see an example of a sketch we typically receive.


Send the sketch to us. Either scan the sketch or take a photograph on your smartphone and email it to: plans@tplans.co.uk.


We complete the floorplan and send it your preferred style and format with 24 hours*. The most popular formats are JPEG and PDF.


You send back any amendments that you require, preferably drawn on our plan and sent by email.


We invoice you on a monthly basis with an itemised bill.

* The vast majority of our plans are returned with 24 hours (weekdays) but on exceptionally busy days our turnaround time may be slightly longer.
